ZX Molle Panel Installation Instructions

Compatible with SUPER73-ZX only.

 Tools Needed

You will need a 3mm Allen Wrench to complete the installation of this accessory.

 Parts Included

  • 2 molle side panels
  • 4 3mm allen bolts
  • 4 countersunk washers
  • 4 black nylon spacers
  • 2 hook & loop velcro mounting strips

Installation Process

Note: Follow these steps carefully to ensure a safe and secure installation of the ZX molle panels on your bike.

  1. Panel Identification
    • Locate the left and right panels on your bike.
    • Identify each panel by the presence of a "73" logo. The left panel has the logo on the top left corner, while the right panel has it on the top right corner.
  2. Prepare Nylon Black Spacers
    • Find two nylon black spacers for each panel.
    • Position the spacers behind the mounting holes on the top of the panel.
  3. Mounting the Right Side Panel
    • Thread a bolt through a countersunk washer.
    • Feed the bolt through the panel and the spacer.
    • Align the bolt with the mounting point on the frame.
    • Use a 3mm Allen wrench to secure the bolt in place.
    • Repeat the process for the second mounting point on the right panel.
  4. Velcro Strip for Right Side Panel
    • Feed a hook and loop velcro strip through the bottom right corner of the right panel.
    • Wrap the strip around the bike frame.
    • Tighten the velcro strip fully to secure the right panel in place.
  5. Mounting the Left Side Panel
    • Thread a bolt through a countersunk washer.
    • Feed the bolt through the panel and the spacer.
    • Align the bolt with the mounting point on the frame.
    • Use a 3mm Allen wrench to secure the bolt in place.
    • Repeat the process for the second mounting point on the left panel.
  6. Velcro Strip for Left Side Panel
    • Feed the last hook and loop velcro strip through the bottom left corner of the left panel.
    • Route the strip between the frame and the motor cable.
    • Wrap the strip around the bike frame.
    • Tighten the velcro strip fully to secure the left panel in place.
  7. Final Checks
    • Ensure both panels are securely fastened to the bike frame.
    • Verify that the velcro strips are tightened properly.
    • Confirm that no accessory hangs below the panels, avoiding any safety risks related to contact with the rear wheel.
  8. Accessories Mounting
    • With both panels secured, you are now ready to mount accessories using your new ZX molle panels.
