- Connect to the bike via the SUPER73 mobile app and install any pending updates. A yellow indicator triangle will display on the app if there are pending updates.
Additional Troubleshooting Steps
- Verify if the issue occurs while using both Pedal Assist and Throttle.
- Disconnect the motor cutoff sensors at both brake levers and see if there is any change.
- If available, troubleshoot by swapping easily moved parts (Throttle, Display, Battery, etc).
- Magnetic phone mounts can cause interference to the bike’s display. If you have a magnetic phone mount, please remove it from the bike and see if the issue remains.
- Verify that the bike’s battery is fully charged. If not, charge the bike to 100% and see if the issue remains.
What if this does not resolve the issue?
If the issue remains after performing all of the above steps, please submit a ticket with the following:
- A video showing the issue and a quick summary of the steps you have taken to resolve the issue.
- Connect to the bike via the app. Navigate to the Vehicle Tab then tap on the "i" in the top center and take a screenshot of the firmware versions. Send this screenshot to SUPER73 along with your troubleshooting ticket.
- Include a copy of the receipt from when the bike was purchased, the bike frame serial number, and the serial number of any other parts you suspect to be part of the issue.
