Order Modifications
Our automated process sends orders to our distribution centers to fulfill without delay. We are unable to make any modifications to an order once confirmed. Modifications can include but are not limited to: color variant, model, or the addition of other products.
Order Replacement
Confirmed bike orders can be canceled within 24 hours to then be replaced with a new bike order.
- Please note, issued refunds can take up to 7-10 business to process. The refund processing time will vary per financial institution.
Accessory, apparel, and replacement part orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Processed orders can only be returned or exchanged through our Returns Portal within 30 days of order delivery. Please see our Cancellation and Returns Policy for more details.
