Where do I sign in to the safety course?
- To sign in to your ebike safety course, please go to https://pedalace.super73.com/users/sign_in
I forgot my password for the safety course, or my password isn’t working.
- You can reset your password for your ebike safety course at https://pedalace.super73.com/users/password/new.
- Be sure to use the same email address you used at checkout.
- You will receive a password reset email that may take up to 5 minutes to arrive. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Email programs with sensitive spam filters have occasionally filed this email as spam.
I’d like to cancel my safety course.
- Because this Pedal Ace Safety Course is a digital product, we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund.
I don’t see my safety course in my account.
- Please confirm that you are signed in to https://pedalace.super73.com with the same email address you used at checkout.
- Courses are available for 60 days from the time of purchase. If you purchased your course more than 60 days ago, it will no longer appear in your account.
I Should have two courses, but I only see one course in my account.
- Because you sign in to https://pedalace.super73.com using an email address, an email address can only be tied to one active course at a time.

- If so, please sign in to https://pedalace.super73.com using that email address. Your course should be waiting for you there.

Taking the Course
Can I take the safety course on a mobile device?
- Yes, students can take the course on a smartphone. We recommend watching the instructional videos in full-screen mode if using a phone.
- However, most students prefer taking the safety courses on a larger screen, like a laptop or desktop. A larger screen makes it easier to see the videos and course notes.
After failing a quiz, the course says that the quiz needs to be retaken. Why?
- There’s a quiz at the end of each chapter, and to earn a Certificate of Completion, a student must pass every quiz. If they fail a quiz, they haven’t learned all the vital ebike and safety information in that chapter.
- The student should rewatch the videos, read the lesson notes below each video, and try the quiz again.
I failed a quiz multiple times. What can I do?
- Quizzes are open-book, meaning a student can leave the quiz at any time, return to the lessons, find the answers, and then return to the quiz to answer the question.
- Also, the lesson notes, located right below the video on every lesson, cover all the quiz questions. So, if students don’t want to rewatch the videos, they can read those notes instead.
Where is my Certificate of Completion?
- To earn your Certificate of Completion, you must complete the entire course, which means that you’ve
- Gone to every lesson and watched the entire video or clicked “Complete & Continue” at the bottom of the screen.
- You’ve passed every quiz and the final exam.
- If you have completed the entire course, please follow these steps to get your Certificate of Completion
- Sign in to https://pedalace.super73.com.
- Click your name in the top right corner (desktop) or under the hamburger menu (mobile).
- In the dropdown menu, click My Account > Certificates > View
- And there’s your Certificate!
- From this screen, you can download your Certificate as a PDF or copy a link to the Certificate that can be texted or emailed to someone.
