Unfortunately, we're unable to offer expedited shipping on bike orders. SUPER73 bikes contain lithium-ion batteries, which are subject to international shipping restrictions, and that limits the shipping options available for our product.
What to expect when your bike ships
- Tracking: Every SUPER73 order has tracking information emailed to you, so you can follow your bike's journey.
- Freight delivery: Most SUPER73 models are delivered by an LTL freight carrier because of the size and weight of the shipping boxes. This helps your bike arrive safely and securely.
- Small parcel delivery: Our A-series bikes ship by small parcel carrier instead. Because the box is smaller and lighter, it arrives like a standard package. You'll still receive tracking information by email.
Ordering to Hawaii?
Hawaiian orders ship via Aloha Freight and may take up to 4-6 weeks longer than normal delivery timelines due to processing. We'll email your tracking information once the cargo shipment has reached the dock and the sister carrier has been designated, so you'll know as soon as your bike is on the final leg of its trip.
