Accessories, Apparel, and Replacement Parts

We accept returns on orders placed in the US within 30 days of order delivery. SUPER73 staff will inspect the return before a refund is processed. If your item is returned to us with dirt or debris (i.e., deodorant, excessive pet hair, signs of wear, etc.) that we can not easily clean off, your item will be returned to you and considered final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, tags intact (when applicable), and undamaged for apparel.

     • Exchanges are only possible for the same item, just in different sizing. If you need to exchange the product for another product, you will need to start a return for the original item and purchase the second item of your choosing. 
       
       

SUPER73 Bikes

We do not accept exchanges for bikes. 

We accept returns on unopened and unused bike shipments within 15 days of the delivery date, but they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos. SUPER73 will provide you with further instructions when the return is approved. SUPER73 will issue the refund minus the restocking fee once the item is received and passes inspection.
